Gerard Soussan obtained a French MBA from the prestigious HEC Business School in Paris, France, as well as a Law Degree from the University of Paris.  Desiring to pursue an international career, Gerard also obtained a law degree from Columbia University in New York.  He was then hired by the World Bank in Washington, DC as an international lawyer, where he negotiated finance and project development contracts with foreign countries on all continents, and traveled the world for many years before settling down in Los Angeles.

Gerard then worked for prestigious law firms before he decided to open his own practice in Beverly Hills. Gerard speaks fluent English, French, and Spanish, and he is an active member of the California Bar and the Washington D.C. bar. He was also a member of the French bar until February 2018.

Of Counsel

 

Blaire grew up in Northern Virginia before she attended Florida State University for her undergraduate education. She received her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance from Florida State University in 2013, and then worked in government technology contracting in Washington, DC. Blaire moved to Southern California in 2015 to attend Pepperdine University School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor (J.D.) and a certificate from the Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and the Law in 2018.

During law school, Blaire worked as a Legal Assistant at the Law Offices of Gerard Soussan, a Law Clerk for another small law firm in Santa Monica, and a Summer Legal Intern at a seed-stage technology startup in Manhattan Beach. Blaire is now an Of Counsel Attorney at the Law Offices of Gerard Soussan and she is excited to grow with the firm.
